Protocols for how courts and tribunals will operate during COVID-19 Alert Level 3 (Auckland) and Alert Level 2 (rest of NZ) have been released on the Courts of NZ website. All jury trials in the Auckland region are suspended until Monday, 17 August. Jury trials throughout the rest of the country will resume today, Thursday 13 August.
