Shaine Stefan John Le Gros

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

Shaine Stefan John Le Gros has received compensation to which the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (PVCA) applies.

Pursuant to Part 2 of the PVCA, compensation awarded to an offender is paid to the Secretary for Justice and, after certain deductions, is put into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to be held in trust for the offender to enable victims of the offender to make claims against it.

On 9 December 2020, $6,074.24 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Shaine Stefan John Le Gros.

This money must be held in the Trust Account until paid out in accordance with the PVCA.  Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Shaine Stefan John Le Gros.

ANY PERSON who has been a victim of Shaine Stefan John Le Gros, in respect of an offence for which Shaine Stefan John Le Gros was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Shaine Stefan John Le Gros.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.

TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Michael Anthony Luamanu is required to be paid to the Secretary for Justice, and the surplus after deductions is to be held in Trust on behalf of Michael Anthony Luamanu.

AND THAT on 27 August 2020, $14,720.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Michael Anthony Luamanu.  This money must be held in the Trust Account to enable any victims of Michael Anthony Luamanu to make claims against it.

ANY PERSON that has been a victim of Michael Anthony Luamanu, in respect of an offence for which Michael Anthony Luamanu was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Michael Anthony Luamanu. AND THAT on 3 July 2020, $24,511.90 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Michael Manihera. This money must be held in the Trust Account to enable any victims of Michael Manihera to make claims against it.

Wayne Floyd Matchitt has received compensation to which the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (PVCA) applies.

Pursuant to Part 2 of the PVCA, compensation awarded to an offender is paid to the Secretary for Justice and, after certain deductions, is put into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to be held in trust for the offender to enable victims of the offender to make claims against it.

On 23 November 2020, $50,048.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Wayne Floyd Matchitt.

This money must be held in the Trust Account until paid out in accordance with the PVCA.  Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Wayne Floyd Matchitt.

ANY PERSON who has been a victim of Wayne Floyd Matchitt, in respect of an offence for which Wayne Floyd Matchitt was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Wayne Floyd Matchitt.

Michael Edward McArdle

A compensation payment has been made to Michael Edward McArdle in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Michael Edward McArdle to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Michael Edward McArdle.

On 16 March 2021, $13,248.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Michael Edward McArdle.

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Michael Edward McArdle until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Michael Edward McArdle, in respect of an offence for which Michael Edward McArdle was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Michael Edward McArdle.

Retimana Te Korou Nicholls has received compensation to which the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (PVCA) applies.

Pursuant to Part 2 of the PVCA, compensation awarded to an offender is paid to the Secretary for Justice and, after certain deductions, is put into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to be held in trust for the offender to enable victims of the offender to make claims against it.

On 16 December 2020, $1,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Retimana Te Korou Nicholls.

This money must be held in the Trust Account until paid out in accordance with the PVCA. Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Retimana Te Korou Nicholls.

ANY PERSON who has been a victim of Retimana Te Korou Nicholls, in respect of an offence for which Retimana Te Korou Nicholls was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Retimana Te Korou Nicholls.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.
