This is the current list of offenders that have been awarded compensation - surnames P-T:

Carl Milson Petterson

A compensation payment has been made to Carl Milson Petterson in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Carl Milson Petterson to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Carl Milson Petterson.

On 12 October 2021, $5,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Carl Milson Petterson.

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Carl Milson Petterson until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Carl Milson Petterson, in respect of an offence for which Carl Milson Petterson was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Carl Milson Petterson.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.

Corey Robert Ross

A compensation payment has been made to Corey Robert Ross in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Corey Robert Ross to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Corey Robert Ross.

On 7 May 2021, $1,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Corey Robert Ross.

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Corey Robert Ross until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Corey Robert Ross, in respect of an offence for which Corey Robert Ross was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Corey Robert Ross.

Quentin Savage

A compensation payment has been made to Quentin Savage in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Quentin Savage to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Quentin Savage.

On 23 July 2021, $3,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Quentin Savage.

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Quentin Savage until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Quentin Savage, in respect of an offence for which Quentin Savage was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Quentin Savage.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.

A compensation payment has been made to Tiwha Junior Te Amo in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).

The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Tiwha Junior Te Amo to make claims against it.

Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Tiwha Junior Te Amo.

On 13 August 2021, $201.56 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Tiwha Junior Te Amo.

The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Tiwha Junior Te Amo until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.

Any person who has been a victim of Tiwha Junior Te Amo, in respect of an offence for which Tiwha Junior Te Amo was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Tiwha Junior Te Amo.
